## Dedicated port or rotating mobile: which do you need?

Take a **dedicated port** when one task needs one stable carrier IP: managing a client's social accounts, testing an app on a mobile network, or watching mobile ads. You rotate it yourself by link (`https://namelessproxy.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY`), API or timer. Take **rotating mobile** when you need many carrier IPs and pay per GB, as in large checks of mobile search results.

See [4G/5G mobile proxies](https://namelessproxy.com/mobile-proxies/) for carriers, and [how to rotate a mobile IP](https://namelessproxy.com/guides/rotate-mobile-ip/) for scripts.

## Why are mobile IPs harder to block?

Because carriers share IPs. Cloudflare explains that carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) puts many subscribers behind one public IPv4 address, and that one address may represent hundreds or thousands of users. Blocking it outright risks cutting off innocent users, so anti-bot systems tend to treat carrier IPs with caution.

That is reasoning, not a promise. Cloudflare also measured that CGNAT IPs are rate-limited three times more often than other IPs. Proxyway's 2026 research calls mobile IPs the most effective proxy type, for the same CGNAT reason.

## How did we rank mobile providers?

We kept providers that accept crypto and publish prices on their own pages, checked on 5 October 2026. A firm no-KYC statement ranks above "not stated". Data limits and price come next. We exclude any price we could not confirm on the vendor's page, and we never compare port prices across different countries as if they were equal.

Our limits: carrier stock varies by country, we take crypto only, and the minimum top-up is $25 (unused balance stays on your account, never expires and is not refundable). Detailed pages cover 75 countries in [Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia](https://namelessproxy.com/mobile-proxies/countries/).

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I buy a 4G/5G mobile proxy with Bitcoin or USDT?

Yes. Nameless Proxy takes crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC) for dedicated ports and rotating mobile traffic, with no KYC. You top up a prepaid balance, credited after the network confirmations shown on the top-up screen, then buy a port from it instantly. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable). Every provider ranked here accepts crypto, as of October 2026.

### How much does a dedicated mobile proxy cost per month?

It depends on the country. As of October 2026, verified monthly ports range from $27 (Coronium, Ukraine) to $159 (Coronium, Canada); IPRoyal charges $130 and Proxy Tower $60 for US 5G. Nameless Proxy charges $20.25 for 30 days, at one price in every country we stock.

### Is there a daily data cap on mobile ports?

At some providers, yes. IPRoyal's dedicated ports have a 30 GB daily limit per proxy, and CyberYozh's carrier-pinned UK ports 10 GB a day. Nameless Proxy dedicated ports come with unlimited traffic and no daily cap. Rotating mobile traffic is billed per GB instead.

### How fast does the IP change on a dedicated port?

About 5–15 seconds on Nameless Proxy, and each port accepts one rotation every 30 seconds. You trigger it by opening the rotation link, by an API call, or with an automatic timer set in the dashboard. Rotation history is kept for 30 days.

### Which mobile proxy uses are allowed?

Legitimate work only: agency social media management of client accounts, app and website geo-testing, mobile ad verification, price checks and public-data collection. Fake accounts, ban evasion, SMS verification, KYC bypass, spam and ticket bots are banned. Full rules: [Acceptable Use Policy](https://namelessproxy.com/acceptable-use/).

### Is a mobile proxy better than a residential proxy?

Not always. Mobile IPs are shared by many carrier subscribers, which makes sites cautious about blocking them, but they cost more per GB. Residential IPs are cheaper for volume scraping and SERP checks. Nameless Proxy residential starts at $0.53/GB; see [residential proxies](https://namelessproxy.com/residential-proxies/).
