**Quick answer — Can I buy proxies with Bitcoin without giving an email?**

**Yes. Nameless Proxy sells 4G/5G mobile and residential proxies for Bitcoin, and no email is required.** No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto: a BTC top-up of $25 or more is credited to your balance after 2 on-chain confirmations, about 20 minutes on average. Plans bought from the balance are delivered instantly: mobile ports from $2.63/day, residential traffic from $0.53/GB. You log in with a random 16-digit account number.

## Paying with Bitcoin: key facts

| Attribute | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Network | Bitcoin on-chain only |
| How you pay | Top up a US-dollar balance in BTC, then buy any plan from it; purchases are delivered instantly |
| Minimum top-up | $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable) |
| Confirmations before credit | 2 (about 20 minutes on average) |
| Deposit address | Shown on the top-up screen, with the exact BTC amount and a QR code |
| Network fee | Chosen in your wallet; it depends on the transaction size in bytes, not on the amount |
| Exchange rate | Locked until the top-up expires; a payment first seen before expiry keeps that rate |
| Email | Not required; login with a 16-digit account number |
| What BTC buys | Dedicated 4G/5G ports from $2.63/day · residential from $0.53/GB · rotating mobile from $1.50/GB |
| Tracking | The top-up screen links your transaction to a public block explorer |

## Why don't you need my email?

Because your account is a number, not a name. Nameless Proxy, a privacy-first, no-KYC proxy provider, creates a random 16-digit account number at sign-up, shown as 4-4-4-4. Email, password and two-factor authentication (TOTP) are optional extras.

If you add an email, it can receive payment receipts and expiry reminders. If you don't, keep the account number safe: without an email on file, a lost number cannot be recovered. We store no customer IP address for login sessions, only a coarse device label such as “Firefox on Linux”, and passwords are hashed with Argon2id.

## How long does a Bitcoin payment take to credit?

About 20 minutes on average for the 2 confirmations we require, but the real time varies. Bitcoin.org explains that new blocks arrive about every 10 minutes on average and that block discovery is random. A confirmation can come much sooner or much later.

Bitcoin.org also notes that 6 confirmations is often considered as safe as waiting 6 months on a credit card payment. Proxy top-ups are usually small, so we credit at 2. The wait applies only to the top-up: plans you buy from your balance are delivered instantly, so keeping some balance on your account means no wait next time.

## What does each Bitcoin top-up status mean?

The top-up page updates by itself. This is what each status means and what, if anything, you need to do.

| Status | What it means | What you do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| pending | Waiting for your payment. The BTC amount and the USD rate are valid until the top-up expires. | Send the exact BTC amount from your wallet. |
| confirming | Your transaction has been seen. The rate is locked. We wait for 2 confirmations. | Nothing. Keep the page open or come back later. |
| paid | 2 confirmations reached. The USD value is added to your balance. | Buy a plan from your balance; the credentials appear at once. |
| underpaid | Less than the amount due arrived. | Before expiry, send the rest to the same address. After expiry, the value received goes to your balance. |
| overpaid | More than the amount due arrived. | Nothing. The full value, extra included, is credited to your balance. |
| expired | Nothing arrived before the deadline. | Start a new top-up for a fresh amount and rate. A late payment is still credited to your balance. |

## How do I choose the Bitcoin network fee?

Use your wallet's normal fee setting; you rarely need to pay more. Bitcoin fees depend on the transaction's size in bytes, not on the amount sent. Bitcoin.org warns that a fee below what the network is currently prioritizing can make the first confirmation take considerably longer.

At Nameless Proxy, the moment that matters is when your payment is first seen, not when it confirms:

- **Seen before the top-up expires:** the locked rate applies, even if the confirmations take hours.
- **Seen after expiry:** the BTC is still credited to your balance, at the rate when it confirms.
- **Sent from an exchange:** some exchanges delay withdrawals or take their fee out of the amount. Add the fee so the top-up receives the full amount.

## Is paying for proxies with Bitcoin private?

Not on-chain. Bitcoin.org states that all Bitcoin transactions are public, traceable and permanently stored, and that anyone can see the balance and transactions of any address. Paying us in BTC does not give us your name, but the payment itself sits on a public ledger.

What we never hold is your identity: no name, no email, no ID, just a 16-digit account number. On your side, Bitcoin.org suggests using separate wallets for different purposes, so that your transactions cannot all be associated together. The top-up screen shows a public block-explorer link, so you can follow your own transaction.

## Which proxies can I buy with Bitcoin?

A BTC top-up pays for every product, including dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports rented by the day, week or month. A port is one carrier modem for you alone, with unlimited traffic and no daily cap. You change its IP by link, by API or on a timer. A new IP takes about 5–15 seconds, at most once every 30 seconds per port.

To keep a port, extend it from your balance before it expires; the plan's days are added to the end date. Residential traffic starts at $0.53/GB ([residential proxies](https://namelessproxy.com/residential-proxies/)), and rotating mobile traffic at $1.50/GB ([mobile proxies](https://namelessproxy.com/mobile-proxies/)).

### Dedicated 4G/5G ports you can buy from a BTC top-up

| Plan | Quantity | Price | Price per unit |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Day pass | 1 port · 1 day | $2.63 | $2.63/day |
| Week | 1 port · 7 days | $11.25 | $1.61/day |
| Month | 1 port · 30 days | $20.25 | $0.68/day |

In every plan: Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 · Traffic: Unlimited · IP rotation: Link, API, timer

**Before you pay**

- Minimum top-up $25. Top up once in crypto, then buy any plan from your balance.
- Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.
- Credited after network confirmations: BTC ≈ 20 min · USDT TRC-20 ≈ 1 min · USDT ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · USDC ERC-20 ≈ 5 min · ETH ≈ 5 min · SOL ≈ 1 min · LTC ≈ 15 min

## Can I get a refund in Bitcoin?

Yes, under our refund policy: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 100 MB of the pack was used; a dedicated port that cannot deliver a working IP is refunded in full. Refunds are paid to your account balance. There is no chargeback with Bitcoin: Bitcoin.org notes that confirmed transactions are irreversible and can only be refunded by the person who received the funds.

To ask for one, write to support with your account number, the order ID and, for a BTC refund, a Bitcoin address. The full process is on the [refunds](https://namelessproxy.com/refunds/) page.

## Bitcoin payments: FAQ

### Is there a minimum Bitcoin payment?

Yes. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable). Plans are then bought from the balance: the smallest residential pack costs $1.88, and the rest stays for later. On-chain fees depend on transaction size, not on the amount, so one larger top-up costs less in fees than several small ones.

### My Bitcoin top-up expired before the payment confirmed. Is my money lost?

No. If your transaction was first seen before the top-up expired, the locked rate still applies and your balance is credited after 2 confirmations. If it was first seen after expiry, the BTC is still credited to your balance, at the rate when it confirms. Either way, you then buy your plan from that balance.

### Can I pay one Bitcoin top-up in two transactions?

Yes, before the top-up expires. After the first transaction the top-up shows *underpaid* and the remaining amount; send that to the same address. We credit your balance when the least-confirmed of your transactions reaches 2 confirmations. After expiry, whatever arrived is credited to your balance.

### Can I rent a one-day mobile port with Bitcoin?

Yes. The day pass costs $2.63 for 1 day and gives you a dedicated 4G/5G port. Top up at least $25 in BTC, then buy the day pass from your balance: the port is delivered the moment you buy it, and the rest of the balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable) for an extension or another plan.

### Do you accept Bitcoin Cash or bitcoin on other chains?

No. We accept bitcoin on the Bitcoin network only, paid on-chain. Wrapped or bridged bitcoin and forks such as Bitcoin Cash are not accepted, and coins sent on another network may not be recoverable. If you hold USDT or ETH, use their own [payment options](https://namelessproxy.com/crypto-proxies/) instead.

### What if my Bitcoin top-up looks stuck?

Send us the top-up's payment ID (`inv_…`) and the exact amount you sent; there is nothing else to provide. The top-up screen also links to a public block explorer, where you and we can see the number of confirmations. Support replies within 12 hours at support@namelessproxy.com. Never send your password or 2FA codes; the account number is enough.
