## Which purchases can be refunded?

Two cases are covered by the rule: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 100 MB of the pack was used; a dedicated port that cannot deliver a working IP is refunded in full.

- **Traffic packs** (residential and rotating mobile, billed per GB): the time window and the usage limit in the rule apply. Usage is counted in decimal units (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes), and the client area shows the traffic used on each subscription.
- **Dedicated 4G/5G ports:** if the port cannot deliver a working IP, you get the full price back. Tell us the port ID and what you tested, so we can check the modem.

Each refund concerns one order. Every order is bought from your prepaid balance, which you top up in crypto. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable), so money you have not spent on a plan stays available for later purchases. ## How do I request a refund?

Ask from the client area if you can. A billing ticket is linked to your account, so you do not need to send your account number by email.

### How to request a refund from Nameless Proxy

1. **Find the order ID** — Open Orders in the client area and copy the ID of the purchase, for example ord_4f8k2m9q. For a mobile port, also copy the port ID, which starts with mob_.
2. **Open a billing ticket or email support** — In the client area, open a ticket in the billing category and link the order. Or email support@namelessproxy.com with your account number and the order ID. Never send your password, 2FA codes or wallet keys. If your account has no password, set one first: the account number alone opens an account without a password.
3. **Get the answer** — We check the usage or the port and reply within 12 hours. An approved refund appears at once as a refund entry in your balance ledger, ready to spend.

## Why are refunds credited to your balance?

Because every plan is bought from your prepaid balance, a refund returns the US dollar amount of the order to that balance. It is credited as soon as the refund is approved, with no network fee, and you can spend it on any plan, country or port.

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. We do not send balance back out in crypto, so top up what you expect to use.

A crypto top-up itself cannot be reversed: a Bitcoin transaction cannot be undone, and only the recipient can send funds back (Bitcoin.org). The same holds for the other coins we accept.

## What if my top-up was the wrong amount or arrived late?

These cases are handled automatically as credits to your balance, not as refunds:

- **Underpaid, top-up still open:** send the remaining amount to the same address before the top-up expires.
- **Underpaid, top-up expired:** the value received is credited to your balance in USD.
- **Overpaid:** the full value received, including the excess, is credited to your balance.
- **Paid after expiry, or to the address of a replaced top-up:** the payment is credited to your balance at the exchange rate of the moment it confirms.

Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. Coins sent on a network that the top-up screen does not list may not be recoverable, so write to support at once with the top-up's payment ID and the exact amount sent. ## What is not refunded?

- Accounts suspended or closed for abuse or for breaking the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://namelessproxy.com/acceptable-use/).
- Traffic packs outside the time window, or above the usage limit, stated in the refund rule.
- Dedicated ports that delivered a working IP. A target website blocking that IP later does not make the port eligible.
- The network fee of your top-up, which goes to the network and never reaches us.
- Unused balance: Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.
- Balance lost by deleting your account. Deletion forfeits the remaining balance, so spend it first.

Unused traffic is not lost when you do not ask for a refund: residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires.

## Refund questions

### Do I have to prove my identity to get a refund?

No. Refunds follow the same no-KYC rule as purchases: no ID, no selfie, no documents. We identify the purchase by its order ID and your account, nothing else. A billing ticket in the client area is easiest, because it is already linked to your account. By email, send your account number and order ID, and never your password.

### Can I get a refund in crypto instead of balance?

No. Refunds are credited to your account balance in US dollars, because every plan is paid from that balance. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. You can spend it on any product, country or port, at any time, and a balance refund carries no network fee.

### How fast is a refund processed?

We reply to refund requests within 12 hours. An approved refund appears in your balance ledger at once, ready to spend. Keep the order ID and the ticket number until you see it.

### Can I get a refund after using most of a traffic pack?

No. The rule covers packs inside the time window and below the usage limit it states. Traffic that has been used cannot be returned. Unused traffic stays usable instead: residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires, so you can keep the rest for a later project or another country.

### What happens to a referral commission when an order is refunded?

Referral commissions stay pending for a hold period that covers the refund window, and a pending commission can be reversed. When an order is refunded, its commission does not become available to the referrer. The referrer never learns which account placed the order, whether it was refunded or not.

### Can I dispute a crypto payment with my bank, like a card chargeback?

No. A crypto top-up goes straight from your wallet to our deposit address, with no card issuer or bank in between, and the sender cannot reverse it. That is why this Refund Policy exists: an eligible refund is credited to your balance; nothing is reversed on the blockchain.

### What happens to balance I do not spend?

It stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable. A top-up is credited in US dollars and can be spent later on any plan, country or port. The minimum top-up is $25, so top up what you expect to use. Deleting your account forfeits the remaining balance.
