Buying and KYC
Does Nameless Proxy ask for ID or KYC?
No. Nameless Proxy never asks for an ID document, a selfie, company papers or a phone number, whatever you spend. You create an account in one click and receive a random 16-digit account number. Adding an email, a password or two-factor authentication is your choice. The rules that take the place of KYC are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
How do I buy proxies from Nameless Proxy?
Create an account number, top up your USD balance in crypto, then buy a plan from the pricing page. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable). The top-up is credited after the network confirmations shown on the top-up screen. Purchases from the balance are instant, so the credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy.
What does the smallest plan cost?
The smallest residential pack is 1 GB — $1.88. A dedicated 4G/5G port starts at $2.63/day for one day, and rotating mobile traffic starts at $3.75 for 1 GB. Larger residential packs lower the price per GB, down to $0.53/GB on the 1 TB pack. Prices are in US dollars and paid from your balance; the minimum top-up is $25 and the rest stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable).
Is there a free trial?
No, there is no free trial today. The smallest residential pack, 1 GB — $1.88, bought from your balance, works as a low-cost test, and a dedicated mobile port can be rented for a single day. If a purchase does not work for you, the refund rule applies: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 100 MB of the pack was used; a dedicated port that cannot deliver a working IP is refunded in full. Small packs are paid from a $25 minimum top-up; the rest stays on your balance (never expires, non-refundable).
Can I buy proxies for a team or for clients?
Yes. One account can hold several residential subscriptions, each with sub-users that have their own credentials and an optional traffic cap. API keys can be limited to scopes: read, proxies or billing. Give each client separate credentials, so that you can stop one without touching the others. You remain responsible for how every sub-user behaves.
How payment works
Top up $25 or more
Choose the amount and the coin (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). The crypto amount and its rate are locked for 30 minutes.
Send it to the address shown, on the exact network
The payment page shows our deposit address for the coin and network you picked: BTC on Bitcoin, USDT on Tron (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20), USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana, LTC on Litecoin. Send only that coin on that network: funds sent on another network or in another coin can’t be recovered. The network fee comes on top of the amount.
Send the exact amount shown, then click “I’ve sent the payment”
Each top-up has its own exact amount (down to the last decimals): that is how your payment is found and matched to your account automatically. Nothing else to send us.
Credited after the network confirmations
Your balance is credited once the network has confirmed the transaction. Usual times:
Crypto Network Confirmations Usual time BTC Bitcoin 2 ≈ 20 min USDT Tron (TRC-20) 20 ≈ 1 min USDT Ethereum (ERC-20) 12 ≈ 5 min USDC Ethereum (ERC-20) 12 ≈ 5 min ETH Ethereum 12 ≈ 5 min SOL Solana 1 ≈ 1 min LTC Litecoin 6 ≈ 15 min One balance for every product and country
If you started from a plan, it is bought automatically as soon as the top-up is credited and your proxies are delivered. What is left stays on your balance: use it for any product in any country — residential, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile — paid instantly. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not refundable.
Closed the tab? The pending top-up stays under Billing in your account: open it to see the address and the exact amount again.
Payments
Which cryptocurrencies does Nameless Proxy accept?
Six coins: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). Bitcoin is on-chain only, USDT runs on TRC-20 or ERC-20, and USDC on ERC-20 only. There are no cards, no PayPal and no bank transfers. You use crypto to top up a USD balance; the top-up screen shows the network, the exact amount and the confirmations needed. Details: pay with crypto.
How long until my top-up is credited?
After the network confirmations shown on the top-up screen: 2 for Bitcoin (about 20 minutes on average), 6 for Litecoin, 12 for Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, 20 for USDT on TRC-20, and 1 for Solana. A busy network can make a top-up slower than usual. Once the balance is credited, purchases from it are instant.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
An overpayment is credited to your USD balance in full. If you send too little, add the missing amount before the top-up expires; after expiry, the value received is still credited to your balance. Always pay on the network shown on the top-up screen, because coins sent on another network may not be recoverable. Always send the exact amount shown: it is how your payment is matched automatically. If you sent a different amount, write to support with the top-up's payment ID and the amount you sent.
Will Nameless Proxy charge me automatically?
No. Every payment is a transaction you send yourself, so we cannot pull money from you. Optional auto-renew only buys the same plan again from your prepaid balance, and nothing is bought if the balance is too low. You can switch auto-renew off at any time in the dashboard.
How is my payment matched to my account?
Automatically. Each top-up shows its own exact amount, down to the last decimals. Send exactly that amount, then click “I’ve sent the payment”. The payment is found and credited after the network confirmations; there is nothing else to send us.
Can one top-up pay for several products?
Yes. Top up once, then buy any product in any country from your balance: residential traffic, dedicated 4G/5G ports or rotating mobile traffic. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance never expires but is not refundable.
Residential proxies
What is a rotating residential proxy?
It is a proxy that sends your request through an IP address an ISP assigned to a home connection. With Nameless Proxy, the exit IP changes on every request by default. Add a session ID to the username to keep the same IP for up to 60 minutes. See residential proxies for use cases and code.
Which countries and cities can I target?
Any of 190+ countries offered at checkout, by country and by city. The dashboard shows which cities are in stock before you pay. This site has detailed pages for 75 countries in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia. ASN and ZIP targeting are not available.
Does residential traffic expire?
Residential traffic never expires, so the GB you buy stay on your subscription until you use them. Traffic is counted in decimal GB: 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. A pack is not tied to one country, so you can switch targets without buying again.
Should I use HTTP or SOCKS5?
Use HTTP on port 7777 for scrapers, browsers and most libraries; HTTPS sites pass through an encrypted CONNECT tunnel. Use SOCKS5 on port 7778 for apps that speak SOCKS, or to let the proxy resolve DNS (--socks5-hostname in curl). Both use the same gateway, gw.namelessproxy.com, and the same credentials.
4G/5G mobile proxies
What is the difference between a dedicated port and rotating mobile?
A dedicated port is one carrier modem rented to you for a day, a week or a month, with unlimited traffic and no daily cap. You choose the country and carrier and decide when the IP changes. Rotating mobile is a shared pool of carrier IPs billed per GB from $1.50/GB, with country targeting. Details: mobile proxies.
How do I change the IP of a mobile port?
Open the rotation link, call the API, or set a timer in the dashboard. The link looks like https://namelessproxy.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY. A new IP takes about 5–15 seconds, and each port accepts one rotation per 30 seconds. Because carriers share address pools, a rotation can occasionally return the same IP. See the rotation guide.
Are the mobile proxies 4G or 5G?
It depends on the carrier and on where the modem is. Where the carrier offers 5G and the modem supports it, the port can connect over 5G; elsewhere it runs on 4G/LTE. We do not promise 5G or a particular speed, because coverage and capacity depend on the mobile network, not on us.
Why choose a mobile proxy over a residential one?
Carrier IPs are shared by many real subscribers through carrier-grade NAT, so blocking one risks blocking innocent users, and sites tend to treat them with caution. That suits app testing and managing accounts you own. They are not immune: Cloudflare found that CGNAT addresses are rate-limited more often. For large data volumes, residential costs less per GB.
Setup
How do I connect to the proxy?
Use the gateway gw.namelessproxy.com on port 7777 (HTTP/HTTPS) or 7778 (SOCKS5), with the username and password from your dashboard. A first test: curl -x http://USERNAME:[email protected]:7777 https://api.ipify.org. The quick-start guide covers targeting, sessions and common errors.
How do I target a country or a city?
Add targeting to the proxy username in this format: USERNAME-country-{cc}-city-{city}-session-{id}-ttl-{minutes}. For example, -country-ke selects Kenya. Leave out the session part to get a new IP on every request, or add a session ID and a ttl in minutes to keep the same IP. Code samples are in the Python guide.
Can I use IP whitelisting instead of a password?
Yes. Add your server's IP address or range in the dashboard, and connections from it can use the proxies without a password. This suits servers with a fixed address. Keep in mind that whitelisted addresses stay stored on your account until you remove them, as the privacy policy explains.
What does error 407 mean?
407 Proxy Authentication Required means the gateway rejected your credentials. Check the username and password from the dashboard, the targeting syntax inside the username, and that special characters in the password are URL-encoded. With IP whitelisting, check that the request really leaves from the whitelisted address.
Privacy and rules
What does Nameless Proxy know about me?
Little, by design: your account number, an email only if you add one, your top-ups and purchases, daily usage totals and the 30-day IP history of mobile ports. We do not store the IP address you use to log in to the dashboard. The privacy policy lists every item with its retention period.
Does a proxy hide my identity?
No. A proxy changes the IP address that websites see. It does not hide what you type, the accounts you log in to or your browser's fingerprint. Your crypto payments are public too: every coin we accept is recorded on a public blockchain, though we never ask who you are. For whole-device privacy, a VPN is often the better tool; see personal privacy.
What am I not allowed to do with the proxies?
Anything illegal or abusive: fraud, carding, credential stuffing, spam, attacks, malware, fake accounts, ban evasion, KYC bypass and SMS-verification abuse. Banking, payment and government portals, crypto-exchange account pages and SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked for everyone. Confirmed abuse ends the account without refund.
Where do the proxy IPs come from?
From established partner networks that Nameless Proxy resells. We do not name them, but every partner must document device-owner consent, allow resale and exclude the networks Google named in its 2026 IPIDEA disruption. We state these as requirements, not as certified facts; the sourcing page explains the limits.
Refunds and support
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under fixed conditions: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 100 MB of the pack was used; a dedicated port that cannot deliver a working IP is refunded in full. Refunds are paid to your account balance. Accounts terminated for abuse are not refunded. Ask support with your account number and order ID; the refund policy has the details.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] or open a ticket in the dashboard; we reply within 12 hours, in English. There is no phone line. Support never asks for ID, passwords, 2FA codes or wallet seed phrases. More on the contact page.
How do I report abuse coming from one of your IPs?
Email [email protected] with the IP address, the time with timezone, the target and a few log lines. The abuse desk replies as a priority, and it can block a target for all customers or suspend and terminate the account involved. The abuse page explains the process.
