Quick answer
What do the Nameless Proxy Terms of Service say, in short?
Nameless Proxy, a privacy-first, no-KYC proxy provider, sells rotating residential and 4G/5G mobile proxies on prepaid terms. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. Pay in crypto. We do not ask for ID at any spend level. You log in with a random 16-digit account number and pay from a prepaid USD balance topped up in crypto. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable). Abuse ends an account without a refund.

1. Who provides the service, and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and the operator of Nameless Proxy: ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. "We" and "us" mean that operator. "You" means the holder of a Nameless Proxy account number.
The Terms cover the website namelessproxy.com, the client area, the API at namelessproxy.com/api and the proxy gateway gw.namelessproxy.com. By creating an account, topping up your balance or sending traffic through a proxy, you accept these Terms. You also accept three documents that form part of them:
- the Acceptable Use Policy;
- the Privacy Policy;
- the Refund Policy.
You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.
2. Your account and your account number
Your account is a random 16-digit account number, shown in four groups of four, for example 4821 7730 0912 5564. A cryptographically secure random generator creates it; it is not built from any data about you. Nothing else is required. Email, password and two-factor authentication (TOTP) are optional.
- Keep the number secret. Anyone who has it can open an account that has no password. Set a password and switch on 2FA to add more factors.
- Recovery needs an email. If you saved an email, the recovery form sends the account number to it. Without an email, the client area has no way to recover a lost number, so keep a copy in a password manager or offline.
- 2FA recovery codes are shown once, when you switch 2FA on. Store them offline.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account number, its API keys, its sub-users and its whitelisted IP addresses. Revoke a key or remove an IP as soon as you stop trusting it.
Opening a new account to carry on after a suspension for abuse is a breach of these Terms.
3. No KYC: what we will never ask you for
We do not ask for ID at any spend level. No KYC — no ID, no selfie, no documents. This pledge is part of these Terms. It applies to every product, every amount and every payment coin.
We will never ask you for:
- a passport, ID card, driving licence or selfie;
- proof of address or company registration documents;
- a business email address, your name or a phone number.
We enforce the rules in other ways: the Acceptable Use Policy, blocked target categories, an abuse desk and account suspension. If we verify abuse, we suspend or close the account. We do not offer to keep it open in exchange for identity documents. More on how this works: no-KYC proxies.
4. Prices, prepaid balance and crypto top-ups
Prices are set in US dollars and listed on the pricing page. Residential traffic starts at $0.53/GB and dedicated mobile ports at $2.63/day. The price that applies is the one our server calculates when you place the order. A later price change never applies to an order you have already paid.
We accept crypto only: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC). Bitcoin is accepted on-chain only, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, and USDC on ERC-20 only. We take no cards and no bank transfers.
Payment works through a prepaid balance. You top up a USD balance in crypto, then buy any plan from that balance. Purchases from the balance are instant. There is no separate crypto payment per order: even the smallest pack is bought from the balance. Minimum top-up $25; unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable).
How top-ups work:
- Locked rate. Each top-up fixes the exchange rate and shows an expiry time on the top-up screen, usually 30 minutes. A payment first seen before expiry is honoured at that rate, even if it confirms later.
- Confirmations. A top-up is credited after the number of network confirmations shown on the top-up screen, for example 2 for Bitcoin and 12 for Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens.
- Underpayment. Before expiry, send the remaining amount to the same address. After expiry, the value received is credited to your balance in USD.
- Overpayment. The full value received, including the excess, is credited to your balance.
- Late or misdirected payments. A payment that reaches the address of an expired or replaced top-up is credited to your balance at the exchange rate of the moment it confirms.
You pay the network fee of your own transaction. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by the sender, so check the coin, the network, the address and the amount before you send.
5. No subscriptions; optional auto-renew
There is no subscription and no recurring charge. We cannot pull money from you: every payment is a transaction you send yourself.
Auto-renew is an option on each residential subscription and each mobile port. When it is on, it buys the same plan again from your prepaid balance:
- for residential traffic, when less than 5 % of the traffic remains or 24 hours before an expiry date;
- for a mobile port, before the rental period ends.
If the balance is too low, nothing is bought and the service ends on its normal date. You can switch auto-renew off at any time in the client area.
6. Delivery
Delivery is automatic. When you buy a plan from your balance, the order completes and the credentials appear in the client area at once. A new mobile port can show the status provisioning for a short time while its modem comes online.
If no port is free for the country and carrier you choose, the order is refused before anything is taken from your balance, so you do not pay for stock that is not there. Residential city coverage and mobile carrier stock vary by country; the client area lists what is available before you buy.
7. Residential and rotating mobile traffic
Traffic is sold in packs and measured in decimal gigabytes: 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Residential and rotating mobile traffic never expires.
- When a subscription has used all its traffic, it is marked
depleted. You can add a new pack to the same subscription. - A pack is not tied to one country. The same traffic works in any of the 190+ countries offered at checkout.
- Each subscription has its own proxy credentials and can have sub-users, each with an optional traffic cap.
- When you reset a proxy password, the old one stops working within 60 seconds.
Sticky sessions keep the same exit IP for up to 60 minutes, but a residential IP can go offline earlier. Your software should handle a change of IP.
8. Dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports
A dedicated port is a rented modem on a carrier network, for the period you buy: a day, a week or a month. It comes with unlimited traffic and no daily cap.
- Period. The port stops at its end date. An extension adds the plan's duration to the current end date. If you saved an email, reminders can be sent 3 days and 1 day before expiry.
- Rotation. You can change the IP by link (
https://namelessproxy.com/api/v1/mobile/{port}/rotate?key=API_KEY), by API or on a timer set from 2 to 1,440 minutes. A rotation usually takes 5–15 seconds and is limited to one per 30 seconds per port. - Same IP possible. Carriers share address pools (carrier-grade NAT), so a rotation can return the same IP.
- Relocation. You can move a port to another country, carrier or city where a modem is free. The remaining time is kept; the host, ports and credentials may change.
IPs, speed and coverage depend on the mobile network. We do not promise a specific IP address, speed or 5G availability.
9. Refunds
Refund rule: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if less than 100 MB of the pack was used; a dedicated port that cannot deliver a working IP is refunded in full. Refunds are credited to your account balance. Unused balance stays on your account (never expires, non-refundable) for later purchases.
Accounts suspended or closed for abuse or for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy get no refund. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining balance, so spend it first. The full process is on the Refund Policy page.
10. Acceptable use and blocked targets
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. Use the proxies only for lawful purposes, such as public-data collection, SEO and SERP tracking, ad and price verification, brand protection, market research, app and website testing, and personal privacy.
The policy forbids, among other things, fraud, carding, account takeover, credential stuffing, spam, DDoS attacks, malware, ticket scalping, bonus abuse, fake accounts, bypassing identity checks, SMS-verification abuse and sanctions evasion. The gateway blocks these targets:
- banking and payment portals;
- government portals;
- outgoing mail on SMTP ports 25, 465 and 587.
The Acceptable Use Policy may list more categories, and we may add categories to stop abuse. Trying to get around a block is a breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or close an account without notice when we verify abuse or a breach of these Terms, or when the law requires it. A suspended account cannot log in, and its proxies stop working. Abuse reports go to [email protected]; we reply as a priority. See report abuse.
You may delete your account at any time in the client area. You re-type your account number, plus your password and 2FA code if they are set. Deletion:
- stops every service and forfeits the remaining balance;
- revokes all sessions and API keys;
- deletes your email, password hash and 2FA secret.
Order and top-up records are kept only as long as accounting law requires, detached from your email.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the gateway, the client area and payments running, but we do not promise any uptime percentage. Residential IPs come from established partner networks and mobile IPs from carrier networks, so stock in a given country, city or carrier can change. Incidents and planned maintenance are posted on the status page.
We may change, add or remove products, locations, coins and features. Prices can change too; as stated in section 4, a change never applies to an order you have already paid.
13. Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or accounts blocked on third-party sites;
- we are not liable for how target websites treat proxy traffic, or for acts of upstream networks and carriers outside our control;
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
You are responsible for how you use the proxies, for obeying the law, and for following the terms of the sites you access. If your use breaks the law or these Terms and leads to a claim against us, you cover our resulting costs.
Nothing in these Terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
14. Privacy and legal requests
We collect as little data as we can. The Privacy Policy lists each type of data we hold, why we hold it and how long we keep it. The client area never stores the IP address you log in from.
We answer valid legal requests from competent authorities under the law that applies to the operator. We can only hand over data we hold, and we never hold identity documents.
15. Changes to these Terms, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and a change does not apply to orders paid before it. If a translated version of this page differs from the English text, the English text applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware, unless the law of your country gives you the right to another court.

Questions about the Terms
Will Nameless Proxy ask me for ID once I spend more?
No. The Terms state that we do not ask for ID at any spend level. That means no ID, no selfie, no documents, no business email and no phone number, whatever you buy and however much. Rules are enforced through the Acceptable Use Policy, blocked targets, the abuse desk and account suspension, not through identity checks. If abuse is verified, the account is closed.
Can Nameless Proxy charge me automatically?
No. Every crypto payment is a transaction you send yourself, so there is no card on file and no recurring charge. Auto-renew, when you switch it on, only spends your prepaid balance to buy the same plan again. If the balance is too low, nothing happens and the service ends on its normal date. You can switch auto-renew off at any time.
What happens if I lose my 16-digit account number?
If you saved an email, use the recovery form and the account number is sent to that address. The form gives the same answer whether or not the email exists, so nobody can use it to discover accounts. Without an email, the client area has no recovery path. Keep a copy of the number in a password manager or on paper.
What if my crypto top-up arrives after it expires?
The money is not lost. A payment first seen before the expiry time is honoured at the locked rate, even if it confirms later. A payment that arrives after expiry, or at the address of a replaced top-up, is credited to your balance at the rate of the moment it confirms. You can then buy any plan from your balance. The ledger in the client area shows each credit.
Can my account be suspended without warning?
Yes, when we verify abuse or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or when the law requires it. Suspension blocks the login and stops the proxies at once, to protect targets and other customers. Accounts closed for abuse are not refunded. To contest a decision, write to [email protected] and give your account number.
Which law governs the Nameless Proxy Terms of Service?
The law of the State of Delaware (USA), where the operator, ProxyGoat LLC, is registered. Mandatory rights that the law of your own country gives you still apply where they exist. The English text of the Terms is the reference version; translations are provided for convenience and do not replace it.
