Does SOAX require KYC when you pay with crypto?
Yes. As of October 2026, SOAX's help centre (updated 6 August 2026) says identity verification is only needed if you "Choose to pay with cryptocurrency" or request access to restricted domains or ports. Sumsub runs the check.
The same article lists the document rules: both sides uploaded, valid for at least one more month, with full name, date of birth and MRZ clearly visible. Digital-only documents are generally refused. If you pay SOAX by card and stay on standard targets, no ID is asked. Crypto plus no ID is not an option there; at Nameless Proxy it is the default.

How long does a crypto top-up take to credit?
It depends on the coin. Your balance is credited after the network confirmations shown on the top-up screen: Bitcoin 2, Litecoin 6, Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens 12, USDT on TRC-20 20, and Solana 1. Buying a pack from the balance is then instant, and credentials appear immediately.
